There is nothing like support from those who have been where you are………

We are building a community of support between parents.

The groups are facilitated by myself and parents are there for one another to offer support, ideas, wisdom, hope. 

Clients are invited to attend the Co-parents support groups:

Aspen Mom’s group- for co-parents

Aspen Dads group for co-parents

Rebuilding Parents group for parents needing to rebuild a relationship with their child due to distance, estrangement, alienation or other contact issues.
